ucla!!

whoo at my dorm right now, so exciting. my first night..without my roommates. eepers, but yea i made it through one night..so hungry too...

anywho, my mother called me earlier..crying. i was feeling really sad...and like she started crying and i kept telling her i'm ok. even though i have no one to talk to...physically XD i reassured her that was i doing fine.

hm so yea i realized they have no fruit in the mornings..go figure.

also, i rented a router today free of charge! and so now all three of us can have access to the internet. awesomeness. =)

in addition, i need to get a ladder for my loft. it's so darn high..and climbing up isn't bad. i had a bit of trouble falling asleep since everyone was awake til like 2 am in the morning. geez, this campus never sleeps. xP

my bed is so small..i'm so used to having the full bed at home..where i can spread around and get comfy. now i'm back to the itsy bitsy beds..bummer..

my desk is bigger. there's a wooden flap behind that lets you extend it, however, the little panels that come out underneath to hold the flap in place was kind of loose. i tried to stuff paper in between the panels touching the bottom of the flap to secure them..although, i'm kind of scared that the flap could fall down and all my stuff would come down with it. lol..so ..yea kind of scared, i'm going to keep it at a bare minimum for now.

omg then this morning when i was trying to get to the bottom floor, i usually take the elevator, but sometimes it takes a while to come down, then i tried to find the stairs and i did..but these stairs led me down to the first floor to the outside! and i was like oh crap..and the fire alarm went off and i was like omg..and i tried to hide my face and go back up XD rofl..that was so sad..and embarrassing..geez, i'm always taking the elevator to go down now.

best thing about college, i never have to wash the dishes..
worst thing about college, being away from family..*sigh*
